Scheduling Appointments
AMMA is a concierge medical practice offering personalized care in a private setting. All services are provided by appointment only, allowing us to dedicate unrushed, focused time to each patient.

Appointments may be requested online or by contacting our office directly. We recommend scheduling in advance, as availability is intentionally limited to ensure the highest level of attention, discretion, and individualized care.

Consulation & Treatment Planning
We recommend beginning with a consultation to thoughtfully assess your goals, medical history, and individual needs. This allows us to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

During your consultation, we will review recommended services, expected outcomes, timelines, and any relevant risks or considerations. There is never any obligation to proceed with treatment. Our priority is informed, confident decision-making and long-term results.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a 48-hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Payment & Policies
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept major credit cards and other approved forms of payment. Pricing, packages, and policies will be reviewed prior to treatment to ensure full transparency.

Results & Follow-Up
Results and timelines vary by treatment. Follow-up appointments may be recommended to monitor progress and optimize outcomes. Our team is available to address questions before and after your visit.
