Cancellation Policy

At AMMA, we value your time and are committed to providing an exceptional, personalized experience for every patient. To ensure availability and fairness for all patients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be subject to the following fees:

• 15–30 minute appointments: $50 cancellation fee

• 45-60 minute appointments: $75 cancellation fee

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule your appointment. If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, the cancellation fee may apply.

Why This Policy Exists
Our providers reserve dedicated time specifically for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments limit our ability to accommodate other patients seeking care and impact our ability to deliver the level of service we pride ourselves on.
